An online event as an audience converter and lead-gen engine for your product or service.
Without six months of posting content on social media.
In 3–6 weeks an event does what content marketing takes 6–12 months to do: brings new audiences, converts them into sales, and builds a community around your product. The best fit for experts, businesses, and startups who want to grow faster than the speed of content.
Whether you’re launching your first webinar or producing an annual industry conference — the methodology, the team and the level of professionalism stay the same.

Who need lead generation through an event — to meet a target audience, filter warm leads, and hand them off to the sales team.
- Industry summits and forums
- Partner events and client demo days
- B2B lead gen with sustainable unit economics

Who want to monetise their audience — launch a course, mentorship, consulting, or signature programme — and secure first sales with a validated hypothesis.
- Monetising your existing subscriber base
- First paid launch from zero
- Transitioning from 1:1 to a group format

Who need to launch a webinar, online event, summit, or conference end-to-end — with a professional team, without overloading their own people.
- Turnkey event — from concept to post-analytics
- Reinforcing your team with seasoned specialists
- Event as part of an annual marketing plan
An online event sets both a deadline and a metric. Content does neither. If at least one of these situations sounds like yours — we have something to talk about.
You have subscribers, a loyal base, or a warm contact pool, but no system that turns this into paid orders. Content gets written — the ROI is weak or unmeasured. You finally want sales, not likes.
You’re launching a new product, service, or direction — and you don’t want to invest 3–6 months in something the market may not buy. An event is the fastest way to learn the real price, real conversion, and real customer in a week, not a quarter.
The marketer is busy with current campaigns, the tech person has no event experience, freelancers miss deadlines. You need one professional team that owns the project from concept to post-analytics — without overloading your people.
In 3–6 weeks — from “I have expertise” to “I have a base for selling services.” Content marketing reaches the same point in 6–12 months, working by the same methodology.
Instead of half a year in content — an event that can produce first leads as early as next week. Launch speed is the biggest competitive advantage today.
Cold paid traffic + a well-built live event = registrations and sales, even with 500 Instagram followers. The event itself builds the trust.
Number of registrations, cost per lead, conversion to purchase — you see the numbers right away. Not "we'll understand it in 3 months."
Подія — найдешевший спосіб дізнатися, яку саме тему, формат і ціну ринок готовий купити, ще до того як ви витратите місяці на сам курс.
A large online conference on five different topics — after it you understand where the registrations came from, which topic resonated most, and only then do you go build the product
— from a working session of the ONLINEINYOU team
All packages are built on a single methodology: analytics → script → tech → traffic (we sync with your marketing team or bring in our own paid-media specialists) → event → post-analytics. The difference is the event scale and the team we bring onto the project.

This is the base cycle for Package II — the most popular one. Package I is shorter (3 weeks), Package III is longer (up to 10 weeks). Every stage has clear checkpoints and deadlines.
A 2-hour deep session with you. Unpacking the expertise, choosing the niche, competitive research. The output: a strategic brief — topic, target audience, format, price, KPIs.
We write a sales script for the event (not a lecture — a sales dialogue), build the post-event offer, and design the upsell architecture. Your job is to add expert substance.
Registration landing, reminder bot, payments integration, streaming platform setup. Coordination of paid traffic. First registrations, audience segmentation.
Warm-up content in your channel. The first event in the series. Readiness check — tech rehearsal. Collecting questions and expectations from participants.
You show up and deliver the expertise. We handle moderation, tech, the sales block, sales-team coordination, live Q&A. You leave the event with sales — not with “let’s hope it worked.”
Follow-up funnel for those who didn’t buy, full P&L for the launch, stage-by-stage conversion analytics, recommendations for the next iteration. You walk away with a system, not a one-off result.
I don't have a large audience. Is that a problem?
No. Most of our clients come without an audience base — the format is built precisely for that situation. The event itself attracts and warms up a new audience via paid traffic and partner networks. A personal brand is a bonus, not a prerequisite.
How are you different from a producer?
A producer usually works for 30–50% of launch revenue and is incentivised to push the maximum sales — even if the product is raw. We work on a fixed fee for a clearly scoped package: our goal is to do the work well and add a case to our portfolio, not to monetise your audience to the last drop. You keep all the revenue and the client base.
Is the ad budget on top of the package?
Yes. The package fee is our team’s work. Paid traffic is a separate line item and goes directly to your ad account. Minimum budget depends on the package: $300–600 for Package I, $1,000–2,500 for Package II, from $3,000 for Package III. We discuss this on the call.
What if I don't have a paid-media specialist?
We have a vetted team of paid-media specialists we work with. If you don’t have your own — we plug in ours on the project (paid directly to them). If you already have one — even better, we take coordination so creatives, script, and traffic speak to the same audience.
How quickly can we start?
After your request we send a proposal within 3 business days. After the contract is signed and the first payment received — we’re in Week 1. Realistic event date: 3 weeks (Package I), 5–6 weeks (Package II), 6–10 weeks (Package III).
Do you guarantee a specific number of sales?
We guarantee execution: everything in the package will be done on time and at quality. We don’t guarantee a specific revenue number — it depends on niche, offer, price, and market. What we do is set up the process so conversion numbers are honest and visible, and you clearly see what works and what doesn’t.
How much of my time will it take?
2–3 hours per week on average. One strategic call per week, content review, asynchronous chat. The event day itself — 4–8 hours. The whole point of the format is that the expert stays an expert, not a project manager.
